Job summary

Creative-Werks in Bartlett, IL seeks a sanitation supervisor to oversee, maintain, and report on site sanitation programs and staff across shifts. You will ensure changeovers are performed efficiently, staff are trained, and documentation stays current to support food safety and process efficiency.

The role requires collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance, plus leadership to enforce safety, discipline, and teamwork. Knowledge of HACCP and allergen controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic sanitation principles and allergen programs.
• Experience preventing foodborne illness and ensuring food safety.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with HACCP, PCQI and SQF recommended.

Responsibilities

• Train employees to work in a safe manner.
• Oversee Sanitation Assistant Supervisors and Team Leads; guide on daily expectations and sanitations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance and Quality to prepare sanitations and cleaning validations.
• Create and revise documents including Line Clearance Sheets, SSOPs, Work Instructions, standard work, training videos and production line guidance binders.
• Monitor, trend and improve ATP and allergen data; report sanitation hours via staff data and Kaizen events.
