Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation activities across the production facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, tools, and workspaces.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, sanitizing, disassembly, and reassembly.
• Respond quickly to sanitation calls, contamination issues, and downtime concerns.
• Monitor sanitation standards and ensure procedures are followed consistently.
• Interview, onboard, coach, schedule, and support sanitation team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, annual reviews, and ongoing employee feedback.
• Complete daily reports, recaps, documentation, and sanitation records.
• Support safety, housekeeping, food safety, and quality programs.
• Identify sanitation issues, unsafe conditions, and non-conformities, then help correct them.
• Work with production and supervision to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing food manufacturing company that is looking for a hands‑on Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation activities across the production facility.
