Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene to food-safety standards.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bakery/food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facility surfaces including floors, walls, ceilings and drains.
• Manage waste disposal, trash and cardboard to keep the workplace orderly.
• Run sanitation procedures on production equipment during downtime and maintenance.
• Operate sanitation equipment such as floor scrubbers to keep areas sanitary.
• Ensure sanitation tools and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Support audit readiness by preparing for inspections and reviews.
• Identify and report potential contamination risks to promote food safety.
