Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a sanitation team; schedule, coach, and verify work.
• Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment across pork, beef, chicken, and turkey operations.
• Maintain orderly, audit-ready production areas at all times.
• Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials safely.
• Ensure strict compliance with all GMP, safety, sanitation, and company plant policies.
• Complete basic records and calculations; communicate clearly in writing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
