Job summary

Beyond Meat is seeking a Sanitation Line Lead for our Devault, PA site. You will supervise sanitation tasks, maintain SSOP and GMP compliance, and coordinate line readiness for production starts. The role requires leadership, accuracy, and hands-on coaching of sanitation technicians.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with overtime and benefits potential. Ability to work in a cold, wet environment and lift up to 50 lbs is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or sanitation training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SSOPs, GMPs, and chemical handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in wet, cold, and humid conditions and lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation tasks on assigned lines according to MSS and SSOPs.
• Coordinate dismantling, cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing of equipment and areas.
• Verify proper chemical usage, concentration, and contact time.
• Ensure lines are ready for QA pre-op inspections within the timeline.
• Train and coach sanitation technicians on cleaning techniques and safety.
