Job summary

Beyond Meat, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Line Lead to supervise sanitation on assigned production lines at the Devault PA facility. You will coordinate cleaning, ensure regulatory cleanliness standards, and support pre-op inspections with QA.

You will lead a team of sanitation technicians, enforce SSOPs/GMPs, and document sanitation activities. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in food sanitation, strong communication, and the ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; sanitation training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SSOPs, GMPs, and chemical handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation tasks on assigned lines according to MSS and SSOPs.
• Coordinate cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing of equipment and areas.
• Ensure lines are ready for QA pre-op inspections and start-up.
• Train and coach sanitation technicians on proper cleaning techniques and safety.
