Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Sanitation Worker to join our Aurora, CO team on the 2nd shift (12:00 PM-8:30 PM). The role involves leading and coordinating sanitation activities, cleaning equipment, utensils and facility areas essential to production, with adherence to SQF, HACCP and GMP policies to ensure food safety and quality.

You will work with a team to follow GMP/SSOPs, use necessary chemicals safely, and support a clean, compliant manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Quality.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow GMP policies.
• Coordinate with sanitation team and other departments.
• Follow SSOPs including eight steps of sanitation.
• Frequently lift hoses, equipment and chemical containers.
• Learn to clean and sanitize food production equipment and environment.
• Perform all assigned duties.
