Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Sanitation Worker at our Aurora, CO site to lead cleaning of equipment, utensils and facilities essential for production. The role follows eight steps of sanitation and supports food safety and GMP policies to ensure a clean, safe plant for manufacturing.

This 3rd shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM) on-site position offers $17.10 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge on Food Safety and Quality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including overtime; end-of-week deep cleaning required.
• Must have basic reading and writing in English.
• Follow GMP and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow GMP policies.
• Cooperate with sanitation teams across departments.
• Follow SSOPs including eight steps of sanitation.
• Frequently lift hoses, equipment and chemical containers.
• Learn to clean and sanitize production equipment and environment.
• Perform all duties as assigned.
