Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Sanitation Worker for our Aurora, CO plant on the 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM). The role focuses on sanitation of equipment, utensils, and facilities for the manufacturing and packaging of premium desserts.

You will work under GMP and SQF/HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality, with a requirement for reliable transportation and English literacy. We offer a benefits package including medical plans, dental and vision, paid vacation/holidays, and

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule with overtime; end-of-week deep cleaning mandatory.
• Able to read and write in English at a basic level.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow GMP policies.
• Coordinate sanitation with other departments.
• Follow SSOPs including the eight steps of sanitation.
• Frequently lift hoses, equipment and chemical containers.
• Learn to clean and sanitize food production equipment and environment.
• Perform all assigned sanitation duties.
