Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 8+ people is preferred.
• Ability to cross-train staff across multiple utility positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises cleaning of floors, walls, baseboards, and equipment (sweep, mop, vacuum, buff).
• Oversees sanitation of dish room and work stations.
• Removes and disposes waste properly, including recycling.
• Coordinates dish room for timely sanitation and storage of dishware and utensils.
• Maintains organization and labeling of chemical products.
• Ensures sanitation needs and service expectations are met for customers.
• Assists in ordering inventory and weekly counts.
• Keeps storage areas organized and accessible.
• Cross-trains stewards to assist in other areas as needed.
• Assists with daily safety observations and reports hazards.
• Supports weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and front-of-house tasks when needed.
