Responsibilities

• Supervises care and cleaning of floors, walls, baseboards, and equipment.
• Oversees sanitation of dish room and work stations.
• Remains responsible for waste removal and disposal, including recycling.
• Coordinates dish room for timely sanitation and storage of dishware and utensils.
• Holds inventory, labels chemicals, and supports weekly counts.
• Meets customer sanitation needs and service expectations.
• Assists with daily safety observations and reports hazards.
