Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing area and related surfaces clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Uphold excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Protect company assets and security of equipment and supplies.
