Job summary

Aramark’s Steward Lead at Cleveland Browns Stadium – Premium Services oversees sanitation operations and coordinates task timing to ensure timely completion. The role cross-trains staff across dishwashers, sanitation, table attendants, and beverage station workers.

The ideal candidate has steward/lead steward experience in large venues and at least 1 year supervising a team of 8+ people. High school education or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as steward/lead steward in a large venue is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing 8+ team members.
• High school education or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises care and cleaning of all floors, walls, baseboards, and equipment.
• Oversees sanitation and cleanliness of dish room and work stations.
• Coordinate dish room to ensure timely sanitation and storage of dishware and utensils.
• Maintains organization, storage, and labeling of chemical products.
• Assist in inventory ordering and weekly counts.
• Support cross-training of stewards in dish room positions.
• Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards.
• Assist in weekly/monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assist in front of house when needed.
