Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio. Training is provided; no experience required. Starting pay is $18.75/hour with increases after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses.

The role involves cleaning equipment, documenting work, maintaining hygiene per USDA/AQ/HACCP, and following safety protocols. 18+ and HS diploma preferred; strong communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma preferred
• Must have reading, writing, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work
• Remove all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies
