Vital Farms in Wisconsin seeks a Sanitation Associate to clean and sanitize our state-of-the-art production facility, supporting egg processing and GMP compliance.
The role involves 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds, with day and night crews. Night pay includes a $3/hour differential.
You will work with a safety‑driven team in a fast-paced environment and contribute to quality and food safety standards daily.
As a Sanitation Associate at Vital Farms, you will work within our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and production facility, cleaning and sanitizing the facility, materials, and processing equipment. This role at Egg Central Station (ECS) is critical in bridging the gap from local family farms to grocery stores for our consumers. You’ll be on your feet during each twelve‑hour shift, moving, lifting, loading and working in an air‑conditioned and sunlight‑filled warehouse.
