Job summary

QPS Employment Group currently seeks a Sanitation associate in Manitowoc, WI for 2nd or 3rd shift. Hourly wage is $19.00, with shifts from 12:00pm–8:00pm or 8:00pm–4:00am, depending on production needs.

The role involves cleaning and maintaining sanitary conditions, operating equipment cleaning processes, and assisting with disassembly/reassembly of machinery while keeping the facility orderly and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Experience in sanitation desired
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to push and pull repetitively
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to repetitively lift or push 50lbs
• Ability to squat and crouch as needed
• Ability to bend, kneel and stoop as needed

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment using a pressure washer
• Use industrial dishwasher to clean machine parts
• Assist with taking apart machines to be cleaned
• Assist with putting machines together after cleaned
• Keep floors clean and free of flour and bread
• Take out garbage throughout facility
