Job summary

JBS USA in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sanitation Hourly role. The position involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas on 3rd shift (11:00pm - 6:30am) and 2nd shift (6:00pm - 1:30am).

Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will operate in a meat processing environment with exposure to high-speed lines and cold or wet conditions. Applicants should have experience in a meat processing plant or similar setting, be able to stand for long periods, and handle chemicals with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with moving machinery, wet floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive hand scrubbing and hose use.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and PPE.

Hours: 3rd shift 11:00pm - 6:30am

Experience/Skills/Abilities

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and/ or crawl for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work in hand scrubbing and running a hose.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.
