Job summary

IQ Resource Group in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a sanitation specialist for a local food manufacturer. This position offers 2pm–midnight, Monday–Thursday shifts, and a path from long-term to hire with great benefits. If you’re detail oriented and enjoy hands-on work with long weekends, this could be for you.

Responsibilities include dismantling machines, CIP sanitation, washing equipment, following SOPs, and supporting the production lines. Training provided for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Dismantle machines, wash sanitize and reassemble when needed.
• Wash all vats, tanks and silos using the Clean In Place System.
• Wash all other equipment used in production of product, such as tables, trays, conveyors, crates, and utensils.
• Wash all mix lines, freezers, and vats.
• Follow all standard operating procedures.
• Perform all other housekeeping duties such as floors walls and ceilings.
• Assist on the production lines as needed.
• Monitor product to ensure it is properly filled and packaged.

IQ Resource Group in Manitowoc is currently recruiting for a sanitation specialist for a local food manufacturer. This is a long term to hire position offering a family friendly environment and great benefits with hire. If you’re a detail orientated individual who enjoys hands‑on work and long weekends, then this could be the position for you.

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Wage: $18/hr

Hours: 2pm to midnight, Monday through Thursday - Enjoy those 3-day weekends!

Requirements:

• Ability to bend to bend, lift and twist throughout the day

Experience:

• Previous food production and sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
• Will train strong candidates willing to learn
