Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Technician for 1st shift in Green Bay, WI. You will clean and sanitize production areas, operate cleaning equipment, and follow a Master Cleaning Schedule to maintain strict food safety standards.

Position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 8+ hour shifts with some weekend work. Competitive starting pay and benefits after probation are offered.

Qualifications

• Sanitation or cleaning experience preferred, not required.
• Must stand, bend, lift, reach for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong attendance and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Sanitation Technician - 1st Shift

Wage: $18.00/hr to start (Advanced roles can earn up to $24.00/hr)

Shift: 1st Shift, full-time (some weekend work required)

Location: Green Bay, WI

Position Summary: In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following a set Master Cleaning Schedule. You'll work with cleaning equipment and industrial-strength chemicals (all training and PPE provided) to ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize production equipment and surfaces
• Operate hoses, scrubbers, and lifts as needed
• Sweep, mop, and perform general facility cleaning
• Work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts
• Follow all safety procedures and food safety regulations
