Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity in Manitowoc, WI for a Sanitation position. The role offers a wage of $19.00 per hour with a choice of 2nd or 3rd shift.

Hours are 12:00pm–8:00pm or 8:00pm–4:00am, with potential to hire after a successful probation period. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment cleanliness, operating a pressure washer, cleaning machine parts in an industrial dishwasher, and assisting with disassembly and reassembly of machines while keeping floors, lunch room

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in sanitation desired.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to push and pull repetitively.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to repetitively lift or push 50lbs.
• Ability to squat and crouch as needed.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Clean equipment using a pressure washer.
• Use industrial dishwasher to clean machine parts.
• Assist with taking apart machines to be cleaned.
• Assist with putting machines together after cleaned.
• Keep floors clean and free of flour and bread.
• Take out garbage throughout facility.
• Clean lunch room and locker rooms.
