Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling risk-related processes and following a risk framework

Responsibilities

• Owns team lead responsibilities and coordinates on-site and off-site staffing
• Reviews procedures and enforces adherence to operations policies
• Guides staff and handles exceptions, escalating complex issues to a senior manager
• Monitors workflow and provides feedback to management
• Manages escalations from Lines of Business and responds promptly
• Coordinates with other sites/regions to meet daily goals
• Trains new hires and upskills existing staff
• Keeps training updated as environments evolve
• Participates in projects and implements process improvements
• Maintains controls and adheres to bank policies and risk appetite
• Evaluates efficiencies and identifies opportunities for improvement
