Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Operations or Compliance; sanctions experience desired
Experience with sanctions program requirements and disposition of sanctions alerts
Experience in client due diligence and KYC
Strong organizational skills and bias for action
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday
Willingness to work additional hours as needed

Responsibilities

Perform sanctions reviews on various Transactions and/or Relationships
Ensure compliance with regulators such as OFAC
Monitor queue volumes and priorities
Communicate with Lines of Business to retrieve information or advise of decisions
Advise on design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services
Lead projects and direct activities of a team on special initiatives
Provide technical expertise on operations processes and implications for other groups
Contribute to future-state planning and program setup and control
Define responsibilities for key programs and projects
