Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex problems within procedures.
• Leads on-site and off-site staffing with no direct reports.
• Reviews operational procedures and enforces compliance.
• Provides guidance to staff and handles escalation to senior managers.
• Monitors workflow and team progress; provides feedback to management.
• Coordinates with other sites/regions to meet daily goals.
• Delivers training to new hires and upskills existing staff.
• Ensures training materials stay up-to-date with changing environments.
• Participates in projects and implements process improvements.
• Keeps internal, operational, and financial controls within risk framework.
