Qualifications

• Track funnel metrics and adjust sourcing based on conversion data.
• Screen a high volume of candidates weekly while maintaining consistent hire standards.
• Build local candidate pipelines through partnerships with schools, events, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build the Candidate Funnel: generate a steady flow of qualified Robot Operator and operations candidates.
• Own Candidate Screening: conduct initial screens and determine advancement to work trials.
• Own Recruiting Throughput: maintain funnel candidates to hit weekly hiring targets.
• Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: communicate job details, process steps, and expectations clearly.
• Build Recruiting Partnerships: partner with community orgs and schools to source candidates.
• Improve the Hiring System: create repeatable processes and track funnel performance.
