Rockstar in San Francisco is seeking an Operations Associate to scale recruiting operations. The role starts with interviewing coordination, resume review, and candidate communications, then expands to broader operational projects across the company as it grows.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and excellent communicators who can manage multiple tasks and help build scalable recruiting processes in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required.
• Cares more about the candidate's ability to learn and execute than years of experience.
• Able to manage multiple moving pieces and maintain detail orientation as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and communicate directly with candidates, including building AI agents to automate workflows.
• Help evaluate candidates and sell them on joining the client.
• Manage recruiting pipeline, resumes, and candidate data across channels (Ashby, Handshake, and university career centers).
