Job summary

Cymbiotika LLC is seeking a seasoned Controller to own the company’s accounting operations, guide the monthly close, and drive enhancements in processes. Reporting to the CFO, you will be the accounting partner across the organization and provide strategic financial leadership in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on accounting with strong NetSuite experience and deep GAAP know-how, enabling accurate reporting and scalable control frameworks in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory roles.
• 3–5+ years leading accounting teams.
• Strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close and general ledger.
• Experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting.
• Strong NetSuite experience, including reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and schedules.
• Own monthly financial statements and management packs.
• Oversee cost accounting, fixed assets, and AR processes.
• Lead US GAAP-compliant financial statements preparation.
• Drive accounting automations and process improvements.
