Job summary

LTi Technology Solutions Inc. seeks a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, own the monthly close, and deliver US GAAP financial reporting.

You will supervise two senior accountants and play a vital role as the company migrates from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Oracle NetSuite. Ideal candidates bring deep technical accounting expertise, strong process discipline, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, and IT on complex

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in Controller/Accounting Manager role with close ownership.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance.
• Experience leading audits and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Lead a two-person accounting team and mentor staff.
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition and Deferred Revenue.
• Manage tax compliance with external firms.
• Support NetSuite implementation and data mapping.
• Develop internal controls and process improvements.
