Job summary

PCI Group is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting, reporting and financial systems. You will partner with the CFO, Operations, IT and Owner to strengthen processes, controls and systems, and you will lead day-to-day accounting operations with a team of five.

This role is part of a succession plan and is expected to grow into the CFO position. NetSuite expertise and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in controller or senior mgmt role with staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting activities (AR, AP, GL, payroll, close) per US GAAP.
• Lead NetSuite administration and integrations.
• Drive automation and AI adoption with governance.
• Ensure proper controls and compliance across processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital; banking relations.
• Coordinate external audit and tax compliance.
