Best Buy in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate as a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service inside the store. You will represent Samsung products and services and work closely with Best Buy staff.

Responsibilities include advising customers, meeting sales goals, performing display resets, and providing daily sales reports. A high school diploma is required; weekend/evening availability is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, retail, telecom or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy store.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products accordingly.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and staff as a brand evangelist.
• Meet or exceed monthly store sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete display resets and daily sales reporting.
