Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational selling.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff as a brand advocate.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly and tracking performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure brand standards in merchandising and display upkeep.
