Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. partners with Samsung Electronics America to recruit a Part-Time Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales at a Best Buy location in Fort Worth, TX. You will demonstrate and promote Samsung products, educate customers, and collaborate with Best Buy staff to achieve store goals.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong customer service and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products in Best Buy.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products with staff and customers.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to achieve store goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain brand standards in merchandising and displays.
• Complete daily sales reporting and insights.
