You will demonstrate, promote, and sell Samsung devices, assist customers with informed decisions, and collaborate with Best Buy staff to achieve sales goals.

A strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building is essential, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit.
• Build confidence in Samsung products among customers and Best Buy staff.
• Partner with Best Buy staff to support key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, installation, and store cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and daily sales reporting.
