Job summary

Chug Inc./Gems in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Sample Operations Coordinator to own on-site sample management and inventory. You will ensure products and materials move efficiently to support internal teams and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, retail, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs overhead.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, organization, tracking, and distribution of inbound and outbound product samples.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory records and improve inventory organization and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Ensure samples are stored safely and organized in the on-site warehouse.
• Fulfill sample requests for internal teams, customers, retailers, and partners.
