Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Supervisor Group Lead - Sample Management to lead daily department operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate, timely handling of samples. The role interacts with Project Management and laboratory operations to drive throughput, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, onboarding, and staffing, with a focus on maintaining safety and compliance within the lab workflow. Role is Tue-Sat, 3pm–11:30pm.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of sample management processes and TALS.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily departmental operations and supervise Sample Management personnel.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for feedback and development.
• Perform performance management activities and coaching.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new staff.
• Coordinate workload distribution and shift prioritization.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety procedures, and chain-of-custody.
