Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is hiring a detail-oriented Sample Management Technician to support GMP sample operations across multi-product and multi-site laboratory environments. You will track, document, and coordinate samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability for testing.

The role requires managing GMP samples in virtual systems, verifying deliveries, maintaining records per SOPs, and using Excel to generate documents.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or an associate degree with limited experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track GMP samples across multiple laboratories and stakeholders.
• Verify sample delivery and placement in designated storage locations and freezers.
• Maintain accurate records per established procedures and GMP standards.
• Utilize computerized systems and databases to enter, track, and manage sample data.
• Generate and maintain documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow SOPs and ensure all activities are properly recorded.
• Collaborate with team members in a cross-functional environment.
