Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Sample Management Support professional in the United States. The role involves unpacking environmental samples, recording temperatures at receipt, and organizing samples for project work.

You will transport carts within the lab, follow SOPs, and assist in Sample Registration and Bottles Prep as needed. We offer full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for a full shift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Unpack sample kits and coolers at the lab.
• Record the temperature of environmental and chilled samples at receipt.
• Document discrepancies with client paperwork at receipt.
• Organize samples by project onto carts and transfer to Sample Registration area.
• Transport carts of samples to designated areas in the lab, including elevators.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist in Sample Registration and Bottles Prep as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and prepare shipping slips for return shipments.
