Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is hiring for a full-time role handling client samples and data entry in a fast-paced laboratory setting. You will interpret sample requirements, enter data into the lab system, and manage multiple client projects while maintaining files and documentation.

The position requires a High School Diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent English communication. Training will occur during standard daytime hours on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter client samples into the computer system accurately and on time.
• Manage large client projects and maintain related files.
• Deliver rush samples to appropriate technical centers as needed.
• Provide training assistance and support within the department.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures at all times.
