Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a detail-oriented sample entry specialist to interpret client samples, enter data into our systems, and manage related files. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to handle rush sample workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities include project coordination, ensuring GMP/GLP compliance, and providing guidance to teammates. Training will occur during the first shift with subsequent night shifts to cover Sun–Thu operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient data entry and computer skills are required.
• Strong English reading and writing abilities are essential.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enter client samples into the computer system efficiently.
• Manage large projects and maintain client files.
• Deliver rush samples to appropriate technical centers and ensure data accuracy.
