Responsibilities

• Create work schedules and assignments and train staff.
• Oversee sample accessioning, routing, storage, shipment, and de-identification.
• Review and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for quality and productivity.
• Serve as back-up for management when needed.
• Ensure maintenance and qualification of ECU/equipment; monitor alarms.
