Job summary

• 5+ years of management responsibility

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and business leaders on proposals, scopes of work and pricing.
• Mentor line leaders and senior contributors, guiding priorities and resources.
• Lead audits and ensure QA/compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare revenue projections and capacity plans; drive project profitability.
• Develop and implement SOPs and quality system improvements.
• Allocate resources (instrumentation, IT, space) according to business needs.
