Job summary

Eurofins Madison is seeking a Sample Management Supervisor I to oversee the Sample Receiving and Entry functions, schedule resources, and ensure compliant, high-quality client service. The role focuses on staff development, data accuracy, and process improvements in a fast-paced lab environment.

You will apply GMP/GLP practices, manage training plans, and coordinate with internal teams while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and evaluate data independently.
• Ability to lead and develop staff independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff for Sample Receiving and Sample Entry.
• Schedule and allocate resources to balance demand and staffing.
• Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure accurate and documented NIMS entries per client specs and regulations.
• Provide training plans and performance evaluations.
• Maintain safety and EH&S policies and improve processes.
