Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Sample and Stability Administration Specialist I to interpret and enter client samples into the LIMS, manage large projects, and maintain meticulous client files. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and timely delivery of rush samples.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or an related degree and be available for a full-time schedule, typically Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Portage, MI area preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling stability samples and documentation.
• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enter client samples into computer system and manage large projects.
• Maintain client files and inventories and deliver rush samples with high quality.
• Serve as information contact at receipt of samples and document receipt.
• Understand stability requirements – protocols, LIMS, storage conditions, labeling and storage positions.
• Review stability studies and provide support for project managers and laboratory staff.
• Compose business communications for client or internal use.
