Job summary

ALO is seeking a dedicated Sample Coordinator responsible for managing all samples across multiple seasons, ensuring accurate data in the look book and coordinating with cross-functional teams for meetings and shoots.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Illustrator CAD and Excel. It involves hands-on sample handling, CAD page creation, and supporting CADs and lookbooks. Travel to shoots may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Illustrator CAD work is required.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all samples across multiple seasons (up to 8 seasons).
• Maintain samples in merchandise room and coordinate check-out/check-in.
• Coordinate sample availability for meetings and shoots in advance.
• Provide look book support and ensure accurate sample data in books.
