Goodwill Industries Of The Gulf Coast Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead Salvage and warehouse operations, ensuring an organized, safe and efficient facility.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while coordinating with Transportation to ensure donations are dispatched promptly. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required or within 14 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Salvage and warehouse areas, ensuring a clean, productive, and safe work environment.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members per policy and job descriptions.
• Create schedules and manage labor/payroll per policy and payroll records.
• Ensure salvage and recycling processes meet quantity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Transportation to ensure timely donations delivery to stores.
• Maintain safety procedures and adherence to accident reporting and prevention.
