Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of supervisory logistics/warehouse experience.
• Or 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, cost-effective handling of donated and commercial goods per policy.
• Develop and communicate short- and long-term operational strategies to leadership.
• Negotiate with vendors to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, salvage, and transportation performance metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for internal operations and external partnerships.
• Coach and develop staff, including performance evaluations.
