Job summary

You will oversee salvage operations, staff scheduling, and performance appraisals while maintaining strong customer service and a safe, engaging work environment. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification; valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; degree considered with experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to interpret written material and supervise others.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel to Goodwill locations and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Staff open positions with qualified employees and set clear performance expectations.
• Evaluate productivity, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
• Schedule staff to control payroll costs while ensuring customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by category and submit reports daily.
• Oversee salvage and recycling outbound freight loading and documentation.
• Ensure safety, training, and adherence to company policies.
