Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Inc is seeking Salvage Team Members to sort, palletize, stage, and prepare materials for recycling or outlet distribution. You will support salvage processing within the distribution center and operate pallet jacks and forklifts while following safety procedures.

Role emphasizes teamwork, regular attendance, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is desirable, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; production/warehouse experience desirable.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work and follow procedures.
• Knowledge of safe material handling techniques and equipment operation.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Sorts donated goods designated for salvage or recycling per guidelines.
• Palletizes, stages, and prepares salvage materials for recycling or shipment.
• Maintains organized warehouse zones for salvage materials and outbound shipments.
• Operates pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Completes required salvage processing documentation and supports workflow.
