Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise the salvage, transportation, and warehouse teams in Albuquerque. The role requires at least one year in a warehouse setting and prior supervisory experience, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and accurate paperwork.

You will manage dock operations, equipment maintenance, and training of staff, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics preferred.
• Two-wheel carts, pallet jacks, box trucks proficiency.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Salvage and Transportation departments alongside managers.
• Ensure attendance, safety, and organized warehouse operations.
• Oversee donation intake, inspection, and distribution for retail.
• Maintain dock, storage, and waste-disposal areas in safe condition.
• Process packing slips, bills of lading, and other paperwork accurately.
• Train and supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
