Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise the transportation, salvage and general warehouse teams in Albuquerque. The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse or logistics and supervisory experience is preferred.

You will help ensure safe, efficient operations and accurate paperwork across shifts. The position involves leading staff, coordinating dock activity, and maintaining equipment readiness, with a strong emphasis on customer service and program support

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation, salvage and warehouse teams daily to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Oversee donation inspection, handling, and distribution to retail.
