Power Drive Supply LLC is seeking a results-driven leader to own scrap removal operations, data verification, and hauling logistics. You will coordinate vendors, manage BOLs and tickets, and ensure accurate revenue tracking while maximizing daily haul volume.

Role emphasizes driving a high-accountability culture, customer communication, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced multi-carrier environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in scrap removal, demolition, materials handling, or heavy logistics with leadership experience.
• Proven record of maximizing daily haul volume and profitability across projects.
• Strong knowledge of load tickets, BOLs, scale weights, and truck scheduling.
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a safety-first culture.
• Excellent analytical skills to audit data, identify discrepancies, and resolve them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily check-ins with Vendors and review weekly targets.
• Hit daily load targets, ensure safety, and maintain BOL accuracy.
• Coordinate 10+ truckloads weekly and optimize scheduling.
• Audit and verify tickets, weights, BOLs, and payments with zero discrepancies.
• Provide customer updates and drive continuous improvement.
